Will this work for me?

What’s the commitment?

We’ll meet once a month for a live group call (60-90 minutes), plus your private coaching call (30 minutes). Between calls, you’ll have simple action steps and tools to apply to your life. This isn’t about adding more to your plate — it’s about making meaningful changes in a way that feels sustainable.

Will Dr. Bobby provide medical advice?

While I’m an MD and PhD, this program is not a substitute for medical care. Think of me as your wellness consultant — here to provide expert guidance, insights, and recommendations you can take to your primary care doctor for implementation. Having a primary care provider in place is a requirement for participation.
